2009 Community Appreciation Calendar

VIP Medispa wants to thank our caring community by giving spa discounts throughout the year. We hope to show our appreciation to those of you that support our neighborhood and country by giving your time, energy and expertise.

Discount recipients will receive 50% off on all laser treatments and microdermabrasion.

Discounts are valid Wednesdays and Thursdays only. Please provide any necessary documentation at the time of service -- a document or statement signed by a representative of the organization plus a copy of your driver license will serve as verification of donated time. No substitution of services is permitted when a discount is applied.

To receive a discount with all volunteer promotions you must donate a minimum of five hours in the previous month or 15 hours in the previous three months at the time of scheduling of appointment. If you have any questions about our community appreciation program, please call 503-513-5533.
