With long lasting Artefill® dermal
filler, it's all about confidence. Confidence in Artefill's safe, enduring wrinkle correction, confidence in the natural feel of Artefill
and confidence that Artefill is the right filler for you.
The Lasting Solution for Wrinkle Correction
If you want a long lasting filler that you can have confidence in, then you are ready for Artefill® - a simple, in-office procedure that stands the test of time is all that is required.
If you've used temporary dermal fillers in the past, then you know that
they are eventually absorbed by your body and require frequent repeat injections to maintain the results
you've come to love. Artefill is different. The unique microspheres within
Artefill are not absorbed by the body and provides the support your skin needs for natural, long-lasting results.
How Artefill Works to Correct Wrinkles
Artefill is a dual-acting wrinkle filler. The secret is in its patented microsphere enhanced collagen.
First, the collagen in Artefill visibly corrects the wrinkles
then the microspheres provide the support your skin needs for long-lasting,
natural feeling wrinkle correction. To insure you are not allergic to
the collagen or anesthetic in Artefill, a skin test must be administered
by your physician prior to the initial treatment or approximately four
(4) weeks ahead of time.
What to Expect
Artefill is a safe, in-office procedure that takes a few
minutes to administer by a licensed physician. Artefill also contains
an anesthetic to lessen the pain from the procedure. With proper placement,
Artefill cannot be felt after treatment. You will see immediate results
and be able to return to your normal daily activities after the procedure.
As with any injectable wrinkle filler, you can expect mild swelling and
reddening at the treatment site.
These side effects are usually gone within 24 hours. Occasionally, there
is mild bruising that typically disappears in three to seven days. Less common side effects include
rash and itching more than 48 hours after treatment, persistent swelling or redness, and increased sensitivity
at some or all injection sites.
Two other rare potential side effects of all dermal fillers may be lumps and granulomas, both of which can be treated by your physician.
Call your doctor immediately if you notice any unusual skin reactions around the treatment area. Most patients get the results they want with one or two treatments, depending on the depth of the wrinkles and folds.
When you have your follow-up appointment in four to six weeks, you and your doctor can decide if you would like to further enhance your results.
Artefill® was developed to provide patients
a long lasting solution for the correction of wrinkles. Thousands of
patients in the U.S. have already been successfully treated with Artefill.
Artefill is the ideal solution if you love the wrinkle correction you
get from temporary fillers but do not want to keep returning for repeat treatments.
To determine if you are candidate for Artefill, contact your physician to review your medical history and the benefits of the procedure. A collagen skin test is a prerequisite for all patients being considered for Artefill.
